Returns Made Simple — For You and the Planet

At EcoLink Secure, we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right — with a return process that’s as straightforward and eco-considerate as possible.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is not marked as final sale or custom-made

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Opened pet treats or used grooming items, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation. If the return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and address.

Eco Note: We encourage customers to reuse the original packaging when sending items back. If you need to print a shipping label, consider doing so digitally to minimize waste.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives faulty or broken, please email us with a photo of the item. We will happily send a replacement or offer a full refund.

No Exchanges for Now
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
